Architectural design and supervision services for the remodeling of a home located at the Encantada development, Antillana subdivision in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. This 2-level property consists of 2,800sf with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Common areas included a foyer, living, dining, family, and kitchen that were segmented. The interior improvements and challenges included the open space planning for the segmented areas of the original house, kitchen redesign and expansions that implied structural challenges of the existing two-level house. Exterior design included the complete redesign of the façade including new custom hurricane rated windows and doors and a modern exposed concrete entrance element. The remodeling added 500sf to the living areas and the addition of a 400sf terrace.
