Full design and supervision services provided for the addition of a new freestanding elevator tower to the existing Clinica Las Americas Medical Office tower in Hato Rey, P.R. for the building’s owner- Clinica Las Americas Administration. The new tower’s design provided 2 new traction elevators connected via pedestrian bridges with the existing parking structure and the multi-level medical offices tower, expanding the capacity of the existing elevator lobby. The new elevator tower’s modern design at the pedestrian entry plaza became the plaza’s focus and reinforced a high-tech image of the medical facilities complex. The project was completed at cost of $1.5M.
